Ingredients:

  • 1.5 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions:

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, pepper, and paprika. Toss the chicken cubes in the mixture until lightly coated.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until it shimmers. Add chicken in a single layer and cook for 3–4 minutes per side until the edges are mahogany-colored and crisp.
  3. Reduce heat to medium. Push the chicken to the sides of the pan and melt the butter in the center. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
  4. Stir in the honey, soy sauce, and lemon juice. Toss the chicken back into the center, stirring constantly for 2 minutes until the sauce thickens into a velvety glaze.
  5. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve immediately.
