Ingredients:
- 1.5 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions:
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, pepper, and paprika. Toss the chicken cubes in the mixture until lightly coated.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until it shimmers. Add chicken in a single layer and cook for 3–4 minutes per side until the edges are mahogany-colored and crisp.
- Reduce heat to medium. Push the chicken to the sides of the pan and melt the butter in the center. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Stir in the honey, soy sauce, and lemon juice. Toss the chicken back into the center, stirring constantly for 2 minutes until the sauce thickens into a velvety glaze.
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve immediately.
