Ingredients:
- 1.5 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp cracked black pepper
Instructions:
- Pat the chicken breasts completely dry with paper towels and rub both sides with olive oil.
- In a small bowl, combine garlic powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, dried oregano, kosher salt, and cracked black pepper. Coat the chicken generously, pressing the spices into the meat.
- Preheat the air fryer to 390°F (198°C). Place the breasts in the basket without overlapping.
- Cook for 6-8 minutes on the first side, then flip using tongs and cook for another 6-8 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
- Remove the chicken from the basket, transfer to a plate, tent loosely with foil, and let rest for 5 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
