Ingredients:
- 1 cup fresh-squeezed lemon juice
- 4 cups chilled filtered water
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 cup raw honey
- 1 cup fresh mint leaves, packed
- 1 lb ice cubes
Instructions:
- Load the lemon juice, honey, and fresh mint leaves into the blender. Pulse on high for 20–30 seconds until the mint is finely fragmented and the honey is fully integrated into the lemon juice.
- Pour the concentrated mixture into a large pitcher. Stir in the chilled filtered water and sea salt until the emulsion is consistent.
- Pour the lemonade over ice-filled glasses. Stir gently to chill and garnish with a fresh mint sprig and a lemon wheel.
