Ingredients:

  • 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ⅓ cup cayenne pepper hot sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika

Instructions:

  1. Pat the chicken cubes dry with a paper towel and toss in a bowl with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  2. Heat olive oil over medium-high heat in a large non-stick skillet or cast-iron pan until shimmering; add chicken in a single layer and sear until golden-brown on all sides (about 5-7 minutes).
  3. Reduce the heat to medium. Pour in the hot sauce, honey, and smoked paprika.
  4. Stir constantly for 3-5 minutes until the sauce reduces and thickens into a velvety glaze that clings to the chicken.
  5. Stir in the Greek yogurt at the very end for a creamy texture and remove from heat immediately to prevent curdling.
  6. Let the chicken rest for 3 minutes before serving to redistribute the juices.
