Ingredients:
- 1.5 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp avocado oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp cracked black pepper
Instructions:
- Pat the chicken breasts completely dry with paper towels and rub avocado oil evenly across all sides of the meat.
- In a small bowl, combine garlic powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, sea salt, and black pepper. Coat the chicken thoroughly, pressing the spices into the flesh.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Place chicken in the basket in a single layer, ensuring at least an inch of space between pieces.
- Cook for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the exterior is deep golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
- Transfer chicken to a plate and tent loosely with foil. Let the meat rest for 5 minutes to allow juices to redistribute.
