Ingredients:

  • 1.5 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp cracked black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Pat the chicken breasts completely dry with paper towels and rub avocado oil evenly across all sides of the meat.
  2. In a small bowl, combine garlic powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, sea salt, and black pepper. Coat the chicken thoroughly, pressing the spices into the flesh.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Place chicken in the basket in a single layer, ensuring at least an inch of space between pieces.
  4. Cook for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the exterior is deep golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
  5. Transfer chicken to a plate and tent loosely with foil. Let the meat rest for 5 minutes to allow juices to redistribute.
