Ingredients:
- 2 oz Aged White Rum
- 2 oz Fresh Pineapple Juice
- 1.5 oz Cream of Coconut
- 0.5 oz Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
- 1.5 cups Crushed Ice
- 1 Pineapple Wedge
- 1 Maraschino Cherry
Instructions:
- Place a hurricane glass in the freezer for 5 minutes to chill.
- Add the aged white rum, fresh pineapple juice, cream of coconut, and lime juice to the blender canister.
- Add the crushed ice to the blender.
- Start the blender on low power to break up large chunks, then increase to high speed for 20–30 seconds until the texture is smooth and aerated.
- Pour the mixture into the chilled hurricane glass and add two optional dashes of Angostura bitters for depth.
- Garnish with a fresh pineapple wedge and a maraschino cherry.
